What the Free plan includes
beehiiv documents up to 2,500 subscribers, one publication, one team seat and unlimited email sends on Free. Its paid plans add features such as automations and monetization tools. Older plan references may still use Launch, Scale and Max. The updated lineup uses Free, Lite and Pro.

Newsletter content and permissions
beehiiv says your original content remains yours. Its terms grant beehiiv a non-exclusive license for service-related uses, including promoting and redistributing published content. Make sure you can grant those permissions for any guest contributions or licensed material you publish.
